| When the WNT found out that "Three Wishes" might be coming to Cortland, NY, the team decided to try their luck at having their own wish granted. Although there were a lot of ideas about what to wish for, in the end the team decided that what they needed most was an opportunity to share their sport, and their story, with all of America. In addition to their "wish letter," the WNT submitted a video, created by Jennifer Farrell and Kathy Darling (starring the athletes of the WNT), and each member of the team filled out an application detailing their wish and why they believe it would be life-changing for the WNT. Keep your fingers crossed that the WNT wish will come true! | |
