| WNT sends two teams to compete at Sportsfest |

| Every year, handball teams from around the country gather in Flanders, New Jersey for the annual Sports Fest. This year, the Women's National Team (WNT) entered two teams in the sports festival, which included an outdoor team handball tournament for both men and women. The women's division featured beach handball, a summer version of the game that is played with slighlty different rules and fewer players. After a strong day on Saturday, both teams came into Sunday as contenders for the championships, and ended up finishing in second and fourth place. Overall it was an exciting and fun weekend that included great competition, and an excellent opportunity for players from all over the US and Canada to socialize and enjoy handball. | |
