| Since the creation of the residency program at SUNY Cortland in August 2004, there has been an enormous sense of rebirth for the USA Team Handball Women’s National Team (WNT). Over the last year, the WNT has worked hard to develop a sense of identity and pride surrounding the effort that is being put into building the future of the program. After a challenging week in Brazil during the 2005 Pan-American Championships, the WNT returned to Cortland with an even greater ambition to see the WNT progress both athletically, and financially, so that their dreams can be realized. The first step in this process is to build a Web site that will promote the Women’s National Team, both as a part of USA Team Handball, but also as a separate entity with its own set of unique goals and needs. | |
